– 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon rice wine or sherry
– 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
– 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)
