  • 1 can (14.5 oz) chili with beans
  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans
  • 1 can (15 oz) pinto beans
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes with red chilies
  • 1 can (15 oz) beef broth
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup frozen corn
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

1. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, red pepper, diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, chili with beans, kidney beans, and pinto beans.

2. Stir in the beef broth, tomato sauce, oregano, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
