  • 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped red pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, onion, celery, red pepper, green pepper, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, parsley, thyme, rosemary and salt.

2. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

3. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
