-1/2 cup all-purpose flour

-3 tablespoons olive oil

-1 large onion, diced

-2 cloves garlic, minced

-3 cups marsala wine or other red wine vinegar

-1 teaspoon sugar

-1/4 teaspoon salt


1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet.

2. In a shallow dish, combine flour and salt; season chicken with the mixture. Dredge chicken in the flour mixture until coated. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil until hot. Add chicken and cook until browned on both sides. Remove from heat and set aside.
